About James
James’ passion for serving good quality local produce and delivering fantastic guest experiences came from his time working for the award- winning northern brewer, Daniel Thwaites. During this time, James learnt the valuable skills needed to develop the Pom’s Kitchen and Deli brand and you will notice a few suppliers from this area of the country are stocked in Pom’s deli shop – Hawkshead Relish & Mr Vikkis. Following eight years working for Daniel Thwaites, James wanted to bring his passion for food and drink back to his home city of Lichfield and so, Pom’s Kitchen was created!

Our team is headed up by Group Operations Manager, Mark, who has a real passion for hospitality and making sure all our guests have the very best experience we can offer. We always welcome feedback so if there is anything we can do differently, please let us know. Mark has gained over 18 years of hospitality experience, has a key eye to detail and devoloping the teams techniques to give you the best service. He also likes technology which helps us here too!
