T&C’s – all bookings for afternoon tea must be booked a minimum of 48 Hours in advance and are subject to availability. Glass of Prosecco on arrival is for over 18’s only anybody under the age will be allowed a soft drink of their choice. Bottomless Tea is available for the full 2 hours booking after this time drinks will be charged as taken. You are able exchange Tea for Coffee to a maximum of 4, but you cannot mix and match drinks. If you are someone who does not like Hot Drinks do not worry, we have soft drink options available to you to the maximum of 4 once again you are unable to mix and match without charge.

Challenge 25 will be always in place – so please make sure you have ID available

A £10pp deposit is required on booking for all afternoon tea booking this is non-refundable and changes to the booking cannot be made without
48 Hours’ notice of booking time, any cancelations or amendments after this time the deposit will be forfeited.
Bottomless Prosecco offer must be taken by the whole party, the prosecco will be served for the 2-hour booking after this time drinks will be charged as taken, if members of the party arrive late as other members of the party wish to start the time, then unfortunately their time will not be extended. Prosecco will be poured by a member of staff only and no bottles will be left on the table, we ask guests to drink responsibly sadly if this is not adhered to, we reserve the right to stop serving an individual or a whole party at any time. Any issues will be shared with Staffordshire Police or licensing. We operated a strict Challenge 25 policy

Gluten Free? Don’t worry we have it covered, anything with bread can be changed to gluten free bread, we also use gluten free flour with most of our dishes. We can also adapt dishes where some item may contain gluten, just ask our team or ask one of our chefs.
